Access Your Account. If you are new to Venteur, you will receive an email inviting you to join Venteur. Click the "Get Started" link within the email and use the email address where you received your invitation to set up your account. If you already have an account, use your existing credentials to log in.

Begin Your 2024 Benefits Selection. On your dashboard, you’ll find a task card under Things To Do titled “Select your benefits for 2024.” Click the “Get started” button.

View your ICHRA contribution. Discover how much money you are eligible to receive each month for health insurance premiums and qualified medical expenses. Your ICHRA contribution is determined based on factors such as your age, zip code, and family size.

Review your personal information. Make any necessary updates to ensure all your personal information is correct.

Add household members. If you have other household members, add them to make sure they receive the right coverage. If you're adding a spouse, please confirm that they aren't offered health insurance through another employer.

Attest to tobacco usage. If any household members have used a tobacco product four or more times per week on average in the past six months (excluding ceremonial use), please select them.

Add a policy. Click the "Add policy" button.

Select “Upload your Medicare Coverage for Reimbursement.” On the New Policy screen, chose the option “Upload your Medicare Coverage for Reimbursement.”
Other options will be disabled, which is normal. To add other policies, you’ll need to return after November 1. Between October 15 and November 1, you can only upload Medicare coverage. -
Choose household members covered by Medicare. If there are more than one member covered by Medicare, you can repeat this process for each member.

Select Your Medicare Coverage Type. To qualify for reimbursement, you must have either Medicare Parts A and B or Medicare Advantage.

Provide Details About Your Medicare Coverage. For each type of Medicare coverage you have, enter the exact premium amount and upload proof of coverage documents. Documentation is required to qualify for reimbursement. If you don’t have the documents at the moment, you can skip this step and upload them later. You can find a list of accepted documents here.

Repeat Step 11 for All Types of Medicare Coverage You Have. This may include Medicare Part A, Part B, Medicare Advantage (Part C), Drug Coverage (Part D), and/or Medigap. If you don’t have the documents at the moment, you can skip this step and upload them later.
- Edit Your Medicare Policy. If you wish to go back and edit any details to your Medicare policy, such as a premium amount or uploaded document, click the "Edit Policy" button.

Finalize Your Selections. Once you’ve completed the process for all your Medicare coverage types, you’ll return to the My Benefits Selection landing page. As a reminder, you won’t be able to add other policy types to the app until November 01. Take a moment to ensure you and other household members don’t need to add a health plan, dental plan, or vision plan.
If you are certain that you won’t need to enroll in any other policies, you can indicate that you’re finished by clicking the “Done with Selections” button.
Please note that this button will be disabled if not all household members that you added have an insurance policy attached to them. You can either remove the household member or wait until November 01 to enroll them in a policy. -
Confirm that you are done adding policies. Click the "Confirm" button.

What to Expect Next.
- You will receive an email confirming your selections shortly. If you have any questions or changes, please contact our Support team immediately.
- If documentation wasn’t provided while selecting your plans, we must receive those documents before we can approve your reimbursements.
- Your Medicare and supplemental premiums will be reimbursed to you on the 1st of each month.
- If your premiums increase throughout the year, please send the new statement to our Support team immediately.
