  11. Provide Details About Your Medicare Coverage. For each type of Medicare coverage you have, enter the exact premium amount and upload proof of coverage documents. Documentation is required to qualify for reimbursement. If you don’t have the documents at the moment, you can skip this step and upload them later. You can find a list of accepted documents here.

  12. Repeat Step 11 for All Types of Medicare Coverage You Have. This may include Medicare Part A, Part B, Medicare Advantage (Part C), Drug Coverage (Part D), and/or Medigap. If you don’t have the documents at the moment, you can skip this step and upload them later.

  13. Edit Your Medicare Policy. If you wish to go back and edit any details to your Medicare policy, such as a premium amount or uploaded document, click the "Edit Policy" button.medicare-step13.png
  14. Finalize Your Selections. Once you’ve completed the process for all your Medicare coverage types, you’ll return to the My Benefits Selection landing page. As a reminder, you won’t be able to add other policy types to the app until November 01. Take a moment to ensure you and other household members don’t need to add a health plan, dental plan, or vision plan.

If you are certain that you won’t need to enroll in any other policies, you can indicate that you’re finished by clicking the “Done with Selections” button.
Please note that this button will be disabled if not all household members that you added have an insurance policy attached to them. You can either remove the household member or wait until November 01 to enroll them in a policy.medicare-step14-2.png
