What happens if an insurance carrier sends me an invoice?

Many times health insurance carriers will send you an invoice in the mail or via email even after your health insurance premium has been paid.


If you receive an invoice from your insurance company, please forward a copy of the invoice to support@venteur.com.


The chances are that your premium has already been paid. We will follow up with your insurance carrier to confirm. Venteur routinely monitors your monthly premium payments to ensure your account stays current.
