What do I do if I receive a cancellation notice?

Please forward a copy of the cancellation notice to us at support@venteur.com immediately.


A member from the Venteur team will get in touch ASAP and work with you to submit an appeal to your health insurance company if your coverage was wrongfully terminated. 


The appeals take anywhere from a few days to a month. In most cases, Venteur is able to help you restore your health insurance coverage.
