Step 7: Fund your benefits plan

Venteur requires a deposit equivalent to one month of your company's health insurance premiums. The reason for this is that your employee's health insurance premiums are due prior to the effective start date of the plan. The deposit enables us to make this initial payment (aka "binder payment") on behalf of each employee. The size of this deposit will depend on your contribution amount and number of employees eligible for reimbursement under your ICHRA plan design. 


We will send you an invoice and pull the money directly from your bank account within four business days. 


Step 8: Invite your employees to Venteur for open enrollment
